Went to Berjaya Times Square Hotel today for the Young Enterprise Showcase.Waited this day for quite a long time.We,Beyond Enterprise worked as a team for 10 months.Through the introduction of Cik Toh during our chinese lesson in Form 3, I get to know the club,YE. I went for a challenging interview,with the product we made in groups.(4 students per team) after PMR.

When the school reopens, the name list were out. I'm pretty sure that I won't pass this interview,because it was really tough so I didn't go and search for the name list. I missed the first and second meeting,and so I didn't get any post~ but as long as I'd passed the interview,I'm happy and I'm satisfied with it =) Two weeks later, I was told by Chelsea Ho,our Managing Director that I actually passed that interview and I was quite shocked,really~ and this starts the journey of being a YE achiever ^^

During these ten months,we did a lot,we learnt a lot and we exposed a lot. At first, we sell shares like all companies do.We think out of the box to create a product which can be practically used. We share our ideas and combined. Finally, we decided to make key holders as our major product, line markers and hamma bead key chains as our minor products.We make the products by our own self. I'm in-charge in the phone key holder.This is my first time working like a factory sewing the key holders day and night like a sewing machine, but it was an unforgettable experience.Of coarse, I met loads of problems, but it's time for me to learn to solve them.Conclusion, I enjoyed the whole processes!! =)

I was given a chance to attend the stock market workshop with Wan Ting, Estee, and Niccaryn at Bursa Malaysia. There, we really learnt a lot, a lot which I didn't study before. From that day onwards, I started to put attention at stock market or anything about the economy. =) We get to know bunch of friends and together, we act what we learnt. During the YE Grand Sales, the achievers from each school set up our stalls at Bangsar village,like a mini fair and this is where we earn. We tried to close customers to buy our stuffs and sell our things. We visited to GE's ( General Elecric) company. Our corporate advisors taught us many things about business, career and presentation. We get to communicate with the workers there! The most scary thing when attending any YE's event is they will point on you and ask you a lot of question, just like interviewing and you have to answer them immediately. =/ hehe~

And finally, the day comes =) the YE showcase or a prize giving ceremony. Before this, two results were out,the Best Product and the Best Annual Report. We won the Best Product as a champion and we were rewarded RM600 !! ^^v Everyone was happy of coarse, because we bit our senior's record ! =D Moreover, we were also the winner of Best Marketing award. As a champion too,rewarded RM600!! ^^ 2nd runner up for the Best Profit,rewarded RM500. Although we were only the 2nd runner up,but we satisfied. =) We got a total amount of RM1700 through out the day! Decided have a celebration at JOGOYA!!!! Yeah~ our hard work has been paid off =D |

Lastly, I would like to thank the Young Enterprise for giving me this golden opportunity to become a young enterprener and to learn things out of the syllabus.Thank all the YE achievers of Beyond Enterprise too, for working together throughout the year,as a team. Thanks Chelsea,the Managing Director of Beyond Enterprise. You did a lot for our company!
